Severna Park High School is one of twelve comprehensive high schools in Anne Arundel County. (http://www.aacps.org/) The school offers college preparatory, vocational, and special education programs to students in grades 9-12. Statistics from the class of 2003 indicate that 57% of the graduates attend 4-year colleges or universities; 34% local community colleges. For 2002-2003 the total enrollment was 1701 with 371 in the class of 2003 .The school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges.
